Nightwash is a subscription overnight car-wash service for residents of premium condominium buildings in Miami, Florida, operated by SH1 NIGHTWASH LLC (“Nightwash,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
When you subscribe on nightwashmiami.com, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Service details: your building, floor, and parking spot, so our operators can find your car.
- Vehicle details: your car’s make/model, color, and license plate, so we can identify it correctly.
- Service preferences: your plan, your wash night, and how you want your post-wash summary (full with photos, text only, or no summary).
- Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Service records: before-and-after photos of your car taken at each visit (see §4), wash history, and the messages we send you.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to run the service you subscribed to:
- To schedule and perform your washes on Sunday–Thursday nights.
- To send you transactional text messages about your service (see §3).
- To send your post-wash summary in the format you chose.
- To process your subscription payments through Stripe.
- To keep an internal record of each service, including before-and-after photos, as evidence of the car’s condition at pickup and delivery.
- To respond when you contact us for help.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messages (SMS)
When you subscribe, you may opt in to service text messages by checking the SMS consent box in the signup form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing the service.
- What we send: transactional messages only — a reminder on the morning of your service day, an evening reminder to leave the lockbox on your car, your lockbox code when your box is delivered, and your post-wash summary if you chose one. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
- Message frequency varies based on your plan and scheduled washes.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will stop receiving service texts; we may still contact you about your account by email.

Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging and payment providers we need to operate the service (for example, our SMS provider and Stripe), and only so they can perform that work for us.
4. Photos of your car
Our operators take before-and-after photos of your car at every wash. These photos are internal evidence of the car’s condition; they are stored in our operations system and are not published or used for marketing. If your summary preference is “full,” the before-and-after photos of your own car are included in the summary we send you. If you chose “text only” or “no summary,” the photos are still taken and kept internally — your preference controls what we send, not what we record.
5. How long we keep information
We keep account and service records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing, evidence, and legal purposes. Before-and-after service photos are kept as part of the service record. You may ask us to delete your personal information as described in §7; some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
6. Who we share information with
- Service providers that run parts of the service for us: Stripe (payments), our SMS provider (text messages), and email providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Your building, only where needed to arrange operating access, and never your payment details.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Your choices
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Change your summary preference or update your details by contacting us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use access controls appropriate to a small service business: service information is limited to the team members who need it to perform your wash, and lockbox codes are known only to you and your assigned operator. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will let you know of a breach that affects you, as required by law.
9. Children
Nightwash is a service for adults with a vehicle in a participating building. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
